01 / Perspective

Connecting people. Shaping technology.

Building and leading international teams has shaped my career. Working with people in Belgrade, Sofia and Athens has shown me how much good outcomes depend on trust, clear responsibilities and shared goals.

After leaving school, I began my career in IT by founding Kronast EDV in 2000. Those first practical experiences were followed by formal vocational training at Mediadesign Hochschule für Design und Informatik (MD.H). Since then, I have developed digital platforms, built international teams and taken responsibility for products and technology organisations.

These experiences shape how I approach AI and cloud: What do the people working with them need? Which decision serves the product? And how do we create the technical and organisational conditions for reliable delivery?

  1. People & leadership

Developing people, clarifying responsibilities and enabling collaboration across locations are the foundations of good leadership for me.

  2. Product perspective

Technical decisions gain their value in the context of user needs, the business model and the product’s future development.

  3. Technical practice

Software development, platform architecture and cloud give me the grounding to make informed technical decisions together with teams.

03 / Focus

People. AI. Cloud.

Three connected priorities: enabling people, putting AI to practical use and creating a dependable technical foundation with cloud.

Developing people and teams.

Good collaboration needs trust, direction and room to grow. I bring experience in building international teams, supporting people’s development and creating shared responsibility for products and outcomes.

  • Leadership
  • Team development
  • Collaboration

AI with a clear purpose.

Where can AI create tangible value? I am interested in practical applications, collaboration between people and technology, and the path from an initial experiment to sustainable use.

  • Use cases
  • AI-assisted development
  • Automation

Cloud as a way forward.

Cloud changes architecture, operations and responsibilities. I connect technical modernisation with the decisions and ways of working that support it over time.

The story behind the domain

Where I began. The foundation for today.

After leaving school, I founded my first IT business, Kronast EDV, in 2000. I wanted to combine practical experience with a formal technical qualification. That led me to vocational training in application development at Mediadesign Hochschule für Design und Informatik (MD.H) from 2004 to 2007, qualifying as a Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung. Kronast EDV remains my starting point. At kronast.ch, I now connect that experience with people, AI and cloud.
